Important Information – 1st Time PALS

Thank you for choosing CPR Memphis for your PALS 1st Time Certification.

Receipt: You will be receiving your paid receipt via email. *If you don’t receive it, check your SPAM/JUNK folder – sometimes by mistake it gets sent there.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

*Please arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled class time for Class Sign In.

Book Requirement:
The required ACLS / PALS Provider Manual is included. You will be receiving an eBook version of the manual to the email address on file. You will receive an email coming directly from the American Heart Association and will provide access to your eBook. Please check your spam/junk folder if this email is not on your inbox.

Required PALS Pre-Course Instructions:

Required Pre-Test:
In order to participate in this PALS class, you must complete the PALS pre-test with a 70% or higher. See Pre-Course instructions for details.

PAYMENTS:
If you chose the 3 Pay option, then you currently have a balance of $198 that must be paid either prior to the day of class or on the day of class. We do not save your payment information (for security reasons) so you must contact us to make payment. Balance can be paid by cash or credit card – NO CHECKS ACCEPTED.

Class Length:
Your PALS Class will last around 10-12 hours.

What to Wear:
Just wear comfortable clothing.

What to bring:
Bring your PALS printed pre-test and PALS Book.

Certification Cards: Certification cards are issued electronically the same day by midnight.

Refunds and Rescheduling:
There are NO REFUNDS for classes or books that were purchased and scheduled. You may reschedule a class, if necessary, by emailing [email protected] with that request before your scheduled class. If we do not receive a request from you prior to your class, we do not offer a refund and you may not reschedule. If you do not pass the course, we will allow you to study the materials and reschedule for a future class. We allow this as a courtesy one time only. If you are not successful on the second try, you will have to purchase the class again.

Card Recovery Costs:
All American Heart Association cards are now digital. If you lose access to your card, there is a $20 recovery cost for each occurrence. However, if you purchased Card Insurance, recovering access to your card is FREE for 2 full years.

PURCHASE CARD INSURANCE – If you didn’t purchase card insurance, you can do so now by following the link. This will be your last opportunity, so get your insurance now.
